With the key aim of getting potential customers to call CSL for advice, the company needed to present large volumes of technical information in an accessible and user-friendly format. To help customers quickly identify suitable products based on their particular print requirements, our copywriter wrote a brief synopsis of each product. Customers can then click for technical specifications if required and ultimately download a brochure for full details. The easy navigation and accessible information not only helps potential customers but also provides a useful online reference tool for sales staff.
